Maple Bacon Cheddar Apple Bagel

  • 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Black and White Sesame Bagels
  • 4 slices of maple bacon
  • 1 Medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of sharp cheddar
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Butter, softened

How to make

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon until golden and crispy. Remove from heat then place on a paper towel lined plate to remove any excess grease.
  • Slice each bagel in half and toast until they are a golden brown.
  • Once toasted, spread softened butter on each half of the bagel.
  • On the bottom half, layer on slices of maple bacon, cheddar cheese and thinly sliced apples.
  • Top each half of the bagels with a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Finally, add the tops of the bagel and serve!
