Ingredients
- 4 D’Italiano® Brioche Style Hamburger Buns
- 200 gm President’s Choice Duck Liver Pate
- 200 gm prosciutto
- 1 cup finely grated asiago
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Handful of arugula
How to make
- Place olives, garlic and olive oil in food processor & pulse until loosely combined.
- Spread duck liver pate on toasted D’Italiano® Brioche Style Hamburger Bun, top with slices of prosciutto, grated asiago & olive tapenade.
- Serve immediately & enjoy.
