Ingredients

  • 4 D’Italiano® Brioche Style Hamburger Buns
  • 200 gm President’s Choice Duck Liver Pate
  • 200 gm prosciutto
  • 1 cup finely grated asiago
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Handful of arugula

How to make

  • Place olives, garlic and olive oil in food processor & pulse until loosely combined.
  • Spread duck liver pate on toasted D’Italiano® Brioche Style Hamburger Bun, top with slices of prosciutto, grated asiago & olive tapenade.
  • Serve immediately & enjoy.
