Ingredients
- 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Black and White Sesame Bagels
- 8 oz Smoked trout, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
- Half a red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. of capers
- Few sprigs of dill
How to make
- Slice each bagel in half and toast until they are a golden brown.
- Once toasted, generously spread a layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
- Grab your thinly sliced smoked trout and generously layer each bagel half.
- Top each half with a couple slices of red onions and capers. Finally, garnish with a touch of dill and serve.
