  • 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Black and White Sesame Bagels
  • 8 oz Smoked trout, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • Half a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. of capers
  • Few sprigs of dill

How to make

  • Slice each bagel in half and toast until they are a golden brown.
  • Once toasted, generously spread a layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.
  • Grab your thinly sliced smoked trout and generously layer each bagel half.
  • Top each half with a couple slices of red onions and capers. Finally, garnish with a touch of dill and serve.
