  • 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Everything & Herbs Bagels
  • 2 slices of genoa salami
  • 2 slices of mortadella
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • 3 Pepperoncini’s, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Pickles (optional)
  • Kettle chips (optional)

How to make

  • Begin by slicing each of the bagels in half and toasting them.
  • Once the bagels reach desired colour, take each half and generously spread Dijon mustard.
  • On one half of the bagel, layer genoa salami, mortadella and ham, then add provolone cheese on top.
  • Following the meat and cheese, add some freshly cut tomatoes and pepperoncini’s.
  • Finally, place the tops of each bagel and cut in half. Serve with a side of kettle chips and pickles.
