Ingredients
- 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Everything & Herbs Bagels
- 2 slices of genoa salami
- 2 slices of mortadella
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- 3 Pepperoncini’s, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Pickles (optional)
- Kettle chips (optional)
How to make
- Begin by slicing each of the bagels in half and toasting them.
- Once the bagels reach desired colour, take each half and generously spread Dijon mustard.
- On one half of the bagel, layer genoa salami, mortadella and ham, then add provolone cheese on top.
- Following the meat and cheese, add some freshly cut tomatoes and pepperoncini’s.
- Finally, place the tops of each bagel and cut in half. Serve with a side of kettle chips and pickles.
