Ingredients
- 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Classic Bagels
- 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Everything & Herbs Bagels
- 2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Black and White Sesame Bagels
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 12 oz plain cream cheese, softened (4 oz for each dip)
- 1 tbsp. chili oil (Optional)
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- ½ cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Thinly slice each of the bagels.
- Grab a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and begin placing each of the bagel slices. Brush both sides of the bagel slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 5 to 8 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
- Grab the softened cream cheese and put into a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or whisk, whip the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Grab 3 separate bowls for each of the whipped cream cheese dips. In one bowl, combine 4 oz of whipped cream cheese with salt and pepper. Drizzle with chili oil. In a separate bowl, combine 4 oz of whipped cream cheese with chopped scallions and fresh chives. In a third bowl, combine 4 oz of whipped cream cheese with fresh blueberries. Mix until well combined.
- Finally, place all 3 of the dips and bagel chips onto a wooden board and serve.
