Ingredients.
2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Black and White Sesame Bagels8 oz Smoked trout, thinly sliced4 oz Cream cheese, softenedHalf a red onion, thinly sliced1 tsp. of capersFew sprigs of dill.
Instructions.
Slice each bagel in half and toast until they are a golden brown.Once toasted, generously spread a layer of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.Grab your thinly sliced smoked trout and generously layer each bagel half.Top each half with a couple slices of red onions and capers. Finally, garnish with a touch of dill and serve.
