Ingredients.
4 D’Italiano® Original Sausage Buns4 small Halibut filets2 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. paprika2 tsp. salt4 tbsp. mayonnaise2 tbsp. SrirachaCilantro for garnishGreen onion for garnish.
Instructions.
Combine mayo and Sriracha. Set aside.Brush halibut files with oil, paprika and salt. Place on barbecue at medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes until grill marks appear.Butter and toast D’Italiano® Original Sausage Buns.Remove buns and halibut from grill. Transfer fish to buns, top with mayo Sriracha mixture, cilantro and green onion.Serve immediately and enjoy.
