4 D’Italiano® Brioche Style Hamburger Buns200 gm President’s Choice Duck Liver Pate200 gm prosciutto1 cup finely grated asiago½ cup Kalamata olives3 cloves garlic2 tbsp. olive oilHandful of arugula.
Instructions.
Place olives, garlic and olive oil in food processor & pulse until loosely combined.Spread duck liver pate on toasted D’Italiano® Brioche Style Hamburger Bun, top with slices of prosciutto, grated asiago & olive tapenade.Serve immediately & enjoy.
