Ingredients.
2 D’Italiano with Gusto! Everything & Herbs Bagels2 slices of genoa salami2 slices of mortadella2 slices of ham2 slices of provolone cheese3 Pepperoncini’s, sliced1 Tomato, sliced½ tsp Dijon mustard2 Pickles (optional)Kettle chips (optional).
Instructions.
Begin by slicing each of the bagels in half and toasting them.Once the bagels reach desired colour, take each half and generously spread Dijon mustard.On one half of the bagel, layer genoa salami, mortadella and ham, then add provolone cheese on top.Following the meat and cheese, add some freshly cut tomatoes and pepperoncini’s.Finally, place the tops of each bagel and cut in half. Serve with a side of kettle chips and pickles.
