Diana’s BLT Burger

How to make

  • 1 Whisk 1 egg with 1/4 cup (50 ml) bread crumbs, 1/4 cup (50 ml) Diana Sauce®, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tsp (2 ml) each salt and pepper.
  • 2 Crumble in ground beef; mix well.Form into 6 square patties.
  • 3 Preheat grill to medium. Grill burgers for 8 minutes; turn and baste with Diana Sauce® to taste.
  • 4 Grill for 6 to 8 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre of burgers registers 160°F (71°C).
  • 5 Brush buns with 1/2 cup (125 ml) Diana MarinadeTM and grill until toasted. Blend 2 tbsp (30 ml) each mayonnaise and Diana Sauce® until combined.
  • 6 Arrange cooked burgers on toasted buns; top with bacon, tomato and lettuce leaf. Slather with mayo sauce.
