Mascarpone and Berry Thintini

This recipe uses:

D'Italiano® Thintini

Original or 100% Whole Wheat

Makes 4 servings.


1/2 cup (125 ml) mascarpone cheese
3 tbsp (45 ml) strawberry jam or preserves
4 D’Italiano® Thintini™ Original or 100% Whole Wheat, split and toasted
1 cup (250 ml) sliced fresh strawberries


Combine mascarpone with jam until almost blended. Spread cut sides of all ThintiniTM with cheese mixture. Top 4 pieces with sliced strawberries and cover with other half. Cut in half and serve.
