Ingredients:
4 SLICES 2 DAY OLD D'ITALIANO ORIGINAL THICK SLICE BREADDirections:
Whisk eggs. Add milk, pesto, cheese, salt and pepper. whisk together. Heat 1tsp. butter in fry fan. Dip 1 slice of D'Italiano original thick slice bread into egg mixture for 20 seconds on each side. Fry in pan on each side for approx. 1 minute or golden brown. Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top and garnish with fresh basil. Repeat again to make 4 slices total.
