1 c margarineDirections:
Melt butter, saute onion, celery, parsley & mushrooms in frying pan. Crumble bread into slow cooker. Pour sauted mixture over bread, all seasonings and mix well. Pour in enough broth to moisten, add eggs, mix well. Should be quite moist. Pack lightly in slow cooker.
