
Tarts D'Italiano !

Ingredients:
6 slices D'Italiano thick white sliced breadDirections:
Cut bread into cubes and pour 1/2 cup of the butter over bread. Toss to coat. Let stand for 30 minutes until butter is absorbed. Add egg yolks, lobster, onion, worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into lobster mixture. To make the clouds fill a 2- inch biscuit or cookie cutter with mixture, press firmly to form a patty. Shake patties onto a sheet and place in fridge for 10 minutes. In a large skillet melt remaining 1/4 cup of butter. Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Blend ingredients to make sauce. Makes 10 large patties. These are absolutely heavenly thus the name of them, a real treat during the spring lobster season here in Nova Scotia.
