Ingredients:
4 D'Italiano Tuscan Herb Thintini's
2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chopped fine
1/2 Cup butter
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin olive Oil
6 cups of your favorite meat/Marinara sauce (i used a veil, pork and beef combo)
2 Cups Mozzarella / Fontina cheese combination grated
1 cup Fresh Parmesan Reggiano cheese
3 Cups Fresh Riccota Cheese
1 Egg
Directions:
- Melt butter, oil and half the garlic in saucepan add basil after
- Halve Thintini's brush with butter garlic mixture and bake at 375 flipping constantly until very crisp. Let cool
- Mix remaining garlic, egg, 1 cup of Mozzarella /Fontina and Riccota cheese in medium sized bowl .
- Layer Thintini with meat sauce, Riccota Mixture and Mozzarella making for individual lasagna portions .
- Finish with Parmesan Reggiano
- Bake immediately at 425 for 20 min (do not let sit as bread could get soggy )
