2 slices- D’Italiano thick slice bread
2 tsp- butter or margarine
1 ½ tble- apricot jam
4 slices- brie cheese
1 slice- prosciutto
1 slice- thin slice black forest ham
Directions:
* Butter one side of each slice of bread.
* On non-buttered sides spread half of the apricot jam on each slice.
* Place brie, prosciutto and ham.
* Heat pan on medium heat, close sandwich and grill on both sides until golden brown and heated through.
* Cut in half and enjoy :)..yummy….
