Tarts D'Italiano !

Ingredients:2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp chopped roasted red pepper
2 slices D’Italiano White Bread
2 tsp honey mustard
8 baby spinach leaves
30 gm Pepper Jack cheese, in thin slices
25 gm toasted chopped pecans
½ Ataulfo mango,peeled,pitted and sliced
2-3 large strawberries, sliced
Directions:In a small food processor, puree the mayonnaise and the roasted red pepper.
Spread one slice of D’Italiano White Bread with a tablespoon of the mayonnaise and the other slice with the honey mustard. Top the mayonnaise side with the spinach leaves, then the sliced Pepper Jack cheese, the toasted chopped pecans, the mango slices and the sliced strawberries. Put the top slice on, mustard side down.
Makes one sandwich.
