Ingredients:
4 D'Italiano 100% whole wheat crustini buns. 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 fresh pineapple, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp hot chili powder, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup grated marble cheese, 12 thin slices black forest ham. Butter for bread, 1 cup fresh spinachDirections:
Cut pineapple into chunks, melt butter in oven (400f) add cut pineapple, brown sugar, cinnamon and chili powder. Stir and bake constantly until carmelized (about 20 mins). Toast buns in oven, remove, put ham slices, then cheese on bun, return to oven for 5 mins. Remove buns and pineapple, place pineapple on cheese, then add spinach and top of bun.
