Ingredients:
6 slices of D'Italiano 100% Whole Wheat Thick Sliced Bread, toastedDirections:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs. Set aside. Heat a large non-stick pan with 1 tbsp. of butter on medium heat. When hot, add onion, pepper and relish. Saute for 3 minutes or until onions are translucent. Add the vegetables mixture into the whisked eggs. Stir to combine. Using the same pan, add 1 tbsp. of butter and heat on medium high heat. When hot, add the egg and vegetables mixture into pan. Cook for about 3 minutes until eggs are set.
