Late Night Snack Attack Mini Pizzas with Chevre, Fig, Pecans, Copolla, and Peperoncini

Ingredients:
1 D’Italiano® Thintini™, Whole WheatDirections:
Adjust oven rack to 6-7-inches below broiler and preheat on HIGH. Separate Thintini and place on baking sheet. Spread cut side of each bun evenly with Chavrie cheese and fig preserves. Top with dried figs, pecans, Copolla, and peperoncini. Broil on HIGH until warm throughout and Thintini is toasty brown, about 3-4 minutes.
