Ingredients:
2 D'ITALIANO CRUSTINI BUNSDirections:
Marinate mushrooms (in Balsamic vinaigrette and garlic)up to 24 hours, 1 hour is fine. Grill mushrooms for approx. 4-6 minutes each side depending on your heat settings or grill. add Provolone cheese slices and heat in oven until melted. If you like your D'italiano Crustini buns warmed and a little crispy, add at the same time for the same amount of time. Take out, spread garlic Aoli on each bun half, add mushrooms with melted cheese to bun bottoms. Add B.Q. sauce, onions, cucumber, salt/pepper, and Arugula lettuce. Add tops of buns.
