spicy southwest chicken with vegatable coleslaw on D'Italiano Garlic Loaf

Ingredients:
D'Italiano garlic loaf, spicy breaded chicken strips, southwest aoli, cabbage coleslaw, shredded pepper jack cheeseDirections:
cook 7 to 8 spicy chicken stips (amount depends on size of strips) in 425 degree preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, after strips are cooked drop temperature to 400 and bake D'Italiano garlic loaf until lightly toasted 5-7 minutes, when lightly toasted remove one slice and spread 3/4 cup pepper jack cheese put back in oven for 1-2 minutes, top other slice of garlic bread with two table spoons of southwest aoli make yourself with mayonaise and southwest spices or you can use Renee's southwest dressing, top with chicken strips and homemade coleslaw, made with green cabbage, carrots and green onions marinated in a 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar pinch of sugar and salt and pepper, remove melted cheese topped garlic loaf and finish sandwich.® WESTON BAKERIES LIMITED, TORONTO, CANADA M8Z 1T3, LICENSEE OF THE TRADEMARKS © 2011
