Tarts D'Italiano !

Ingredients:4 slices D'Italiano Thick Slice Whole Wheat Bread
900 grams cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
4 cups broccoli flower ends, cook until just tender
3 eggs, separated
1 tablespoon each prepared mustard and low fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Directions:Preheat oven to 350
Place bread slices on non stick baking pan, cover with sliced cheese and broccoli
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to egg yolks and fold into egg whites.
Spoon mixture over prepared bread slices
Bake 15 - 20 minutes until nicely browned
