Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon each of butter & canola oil ( or whatever you have on hand)
• 1000 g of ground lean chicken
• 1 cup of baby carrots finely chopped
• 3 stalks of celery chopped
• 1 small yellow onion finely chopped
• 1 orange pepper finely chopped
• 1 cup of mushrooms finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic chopped
• 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• ½ tsp sea salt
• 1 cup tomato sauce, any brand
• ½ cup garlic & herb chicken
• 2 tbsp of apple cider
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup Frank’s red buffalo wing hot sauce
• Creamy cumber dressing
• Iceberg Lettuce or Green Leaf lettuce ( both work well)
• Sliced Tomato
• Sliced Dill pickles
• Garlic butter to spread on toasted bread
• 8 slices ( toasted)D’Italiano White sandwich bread or can use theD’Italiano Hamburger buns( I have used both, depends on the mood you are in )
Directions:
HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO WING HEAVEN!!
1. Melt butter and oil in a large non stick pan on medium heat, add ground chicken to pan. Cook for 5 mins. Make sure to mix and crumble it up as you cook.
2. Add carrots, onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms, orange pepper, salt & pepper, cook for 8 min. More.
3. In a seperate bowl, combine & mix up the tomatoe sauce, vinegar , chicken stock, Worcestershire sauce, & buffalo wing hot sauce.
4. Pour sauce mixture over meat & veggies, mix well until all is coated well, let it simmer another 10 - 12 mins, until it thickens up and not so soupy.
5. Toast the sandwich bread or burger buns , spread with garlic butter then about 2 Tbsp of creamy cumber dressing on one slice, on the other slice add lettuce, sliced tomatoe, and 4 slices of dill pickle. Next add the erupter buffalo wing mixture put together and eat!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NAPKINS!!
