Ingredients:
Meatballs:
1 Pound Ground Pork
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1-1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
Glaze:
4 Tablespoons Red Pepper Jelly
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
To Assemble Skewers:
4 Slices D'Italiano Bake at Home Garlic Toast
5 Whole Roasted Sweet Red Peppers
10 Peperoncini Peppers
10 Ounces Mozarella Cheese, Cut Into Cubes
Directions:
Meatballs:
Combine all ingredients and form into meatballs approximately 1" inch in diameter. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Glaze:
Combine ingredients and cook on medium low heat until pepper jelly is melted.
Bake D'Italiano Bake at Home Garlic Toast according to box directions. Do not broil.
Assemble skewers starting with garlic toast, meatball, cheese, roasted red pepper, peperoncini pepper, roasted red pepper, cheese, meatball and garlic toast. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes.
