Ingredients:
1 - 10 oz Loaf D'Italiano Garlic Bread
10 -12 Slices of Prime Rib Roast Beef
2- Large Sweet Onions (thinly sliced)
4 - cups of Beef broth
8 oz package of sliced mushrooms
4-6 slices of Brie Cheese
Creamy Horseradish Sauce
6 Tablespoons of Butter
Directions:
Thinly slice onions. In a large skillet, melt 4 tbsp. of butter on medium-high heat, and cook onions until caramalized (golden brown). Cook Mushrooms in seperate skillet with 2 tbsp. of butter until tender.
Pre-Heat Oven to broil. Place D'Italiano Garlic Loaf with both buttered sides facing broiler. Broil until golden brown and lightly toasted.
Leave broiler on, but remove from oven. If desired, add Creamy Horseradish sauce, then add slices of Roast Beef, Caramalized Onions and mushrooms. Top with 4-6 thin slices of brie.
Return to oven on broil until cheese has melted. Heat Beef broth in microwave and add any remaining Onions or Mushrooms. Serve in small bowl for dipping. Serves 4
