Ingredients:
D'Italiano Buns - White or Whole Wheat
Smoked chicken breast
Smoked apple cinniamin bacon - any smoked bacon is ok
Mayo
Sliced tomato
Sliced avocato
Romane lettuce - or lettuce of your choice
My special chicken rub. Season as you like
My special bbq sauce. Bbq sauce of your choice
Swiss cheese
Directions:
Smoke chicken on smoker for about 2 hours then finish in oven or bbq for about 20 mins until done. If you don't have a smoker you can buy smoke chicken.
Cook bacon to desired doneness. I like mine cripy.
Slice tomatos and avocatos
Put mayo on both sides of the bun. As much as you like.
Put tomato on then avocato then slice of swiss cheese.
Put in microwave for a few secs to melt cheese. This helps hold tomato and avocato in place.
Slice chicken breast lengthways in half and put on top of the cheese.
Put 2 slices of bacon on top of chicken.
Put lettuce on top of bacon.
Top with top portion of bun.
Now you only need to take the train to flavour town. Enjoy. Messy but really good.
