Ingredients:
Artichoke White Bean Spread:
1-398ml can artichoke hearts
1-19oz can white kidney beans
4-cloves garlic (more or less to taste)
3-tble lemon juice
¼ cup-extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup mayonnaise
10-Kalamata Olives
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Filling:
4 slices prosciutto
4 slices Italian salami
4 slices Chorizo salami
8 Kalamata olives (chopped)
8 slices D’Italiano Garlic Toast
Directions:
1- In a food processor add artichokes, white beans, garlic, lemon juice, EVOO, mayonnaise, olives, salt and pepper/ pulse till almost pureed but not quite/ Set aside.
2- Bake D’Italiano Garlic Toast till lightly golden.
3- spread 1- 2 tble of the artichoke bean spread onto garlic toast, layer one slice of each meat and sprinkle with chopped olives.
