Tarts D'Italiano !

Ingredients:-D'Italiano Garlic Bread or D'Italiano Bake at Home Demi White Baguette
-1 ripe tomato
-2-3 green onions
-asiago cheese (Italy)
-fontina cheese (Denmark)
-extra virgin olive oil only if using baguette
Directions:-Follow instructions on bag for either bread, while it's cooking prep ingredients,
-slice tomato and dice into small pieces
-slice green onions thinly
-grate asiago cheese 1/4 cup worth
-grate fontina cheese 1/4 cup worth
-Once the bread is done cut it up on the bias 2" wide
-brush extra virgin olive oil on bread ONLY if using baguette
-place bread on cookie sheet under broiler until golden brown 1-2 minutes
-spoon tomatoes and green onions on each piece of bread
-sprinkle a little asiago and a little fontina on each piece of bread
Drizzle evoo slightly over all pieces and ENJOY!
Prep-Serve 12-15 minutes, 2-4 people
